Deception and Jealousy; two of the most malevolent traits that are far too prevalent in the world we occupy. I have always been most perturbed by the treacherous terrain people will journey in order to create elaborate schemes of trickery and disparagement unto those they literally envy. Nevertheless I am all too familiar with these demonics, as they have plagued me my entire life. It is unfathomable that thoughts of hatred, jealousy and cruelty run through what we deem to be ‘human veins’. It appears that these bloodhounds prey upon the proper values of others, clearly because they were born maliferous. I am genuinely saddened to have encountered such degenerate, mean-spirited, mendacious and disturbed individuals. The very thought that these people remotely consider themselves to be upstanding is hair-raising! Thankfully there is karmic balance; the multitude who comprehend ‘that little effort is required to bestow acts of kindness’. In spite of these vampiric maniacal pursuits of destruction, I am pleased to share that I have worked thrice as hard to bring LIM readers this extraordinary “new 3D look & feel” Double Issue Review. I would like to express gratitude to each and every contributing writer for such wonderful literary contributions -- “great work”. To my better half ‘Elyahou Lallouz’: my pillar of power, my partner, my gift -- “here’s to another Issue”. To my children: your unwavering support is cherished --“your involvement has been outstanding”. I am thrilled to announce that my daughter, Chanel Emmanuelle Lallouz, will be assuming the role of Junior Copy Editress -- “I know that you will uphold our Lallouz standard”.
