the little company that could eWorld
Even though this U.S.-based company is only a little over a year old and its flagship Boomerang Media Station was only officially introduced last September, eWorld has continued to move forward at a rapid clip, not only in terms of the continued evolution of the Boomerang technology itself, but also by continuously increasing its offerings and expanding its international marketing reach.

Thanks to the clear and farsighted vision of its leaders and its brilliant technology, this “little company that could” is quickly establishing itself as a major player in the fast-growing world of Internet commerce.

There are so many tremendous websites available today that the major challenge for the typical user is not a lack of content, but knowing how and where to find the content they really want.  The Boomerang Media Station provides a much-needed “Guide to the Internet”, particularly in regards to sites offering news, sports and entertainment information, movies and television clips, and streaming video and/or music sites where users can get up-to-the-minute news feeds and access or download movies, music, games or other proprietary rich media content.

“You used to watch TV...now you watch the Internet.” Boomerang Media Station® doing for the Internet what Apple did for Music.
In March 2007 eWorld Companies, Inc. announced that it had become a publicly traded company on the U.S. NASDAQ exchange and had formed a new subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc.  eWorld Companies, Inc. is now the publicly traded parent company and eWorld Entertainment, Inc. is the operating company.

Henning Morales, CEO and President of eWorldCompanies, Inc., explains, “The renaming and official launching of our eWorld Entertainment, Inc. subsidiary is an important milestone in our Company’s evolution.  eWorld Entertainment, or eWorlde as we like to call it, will handle all operations of the Boomerang and the eWorld business opportunity, and will also provide original content, some of which is proprietary and some of which will be offered exclusively through the Boomerang and not available anywhere else on the Net.  We have already established working alliances with a number of Strategic Partners who will provide this content, both in the U.S. and in Europe, and we will be announcing additional providers in the coming weeks and months.”
